Billing and Plans

  • Changing your current plan

    You can change plans at any time from within the Ubertesters web site. With any upgrade or downgrade in plans, you will be credited pro rata for the time remaining in the current billing cycle.

    To change your current plan, please do the following:

    • Click on your avatar at the top of the page

    • Select the ‘Plans & Billing’ tab

    • Click on ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Downgrade’ next to selected plan

    • If you are upgrading from the Free or Trial plan, you’ll be asked to add your credit card details;

    • We recommend that you check the details of the plans before upgrading/downgrading to make sure the plan meets your requirements.

    If you see the warning triangle next to the selected plan (‘Plan limits are exceeded’), please remove some of your project or members to fix the package values.

  • Making a payment

    When you decide to upgrade to one of the paid plans, please do the following:

    • Click on your avatar at the top of the page, ‘Plans & Billing’ tab

    • Click on ‘Upgrade’ next to selected plan.

    • If you would like to upgrade to/downgrade from the Enterprise plan, click on ‘Contact us for a quote’ so we can create a custom plan for you.

    • Fill in the credit card details

    • Re-check the selected plan and make sure it suits your needs, select monthly or annual payment and click ‘Change Plan now’.

    Plan changes are immediate.

    If the credit card details are filled in, you will be charged automatically.

    The payment option is available for organization owner and admins only.
  • Checking a payment history

    The invoices and receipts are located in the ‘Plans and billing section’ section.

FAQ

Where do I find my receipt?

The invoices and receipts are located in the ‘Plans and billing’ section. Click ‘Payment history’ there to check the receipts/invoices list. Click on Invoice/Receipt ID to get the invoice in PDF format or print it out.

What payment methods do you accept?

For paid plans and other paid services Ubertesters accepts credit cards online from Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and you will be billed in US Dollars. Ubertesters does not accept cheques, postal orders, or payments by phone.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, the free plan is totally free – no catches. You don’t even need a credit card to install and use Ubertesters, and it’s not a trial so you can use it for as long as you like.

With paid plans, when will I be billed?

You will be billed monthly starting on the day you upgrade to a paid plan and until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account setting and you will not be billed again.

Do I have to sign a fixed term contract?

No, Ubertesters is a pay-per-month service and your credit card will be billed each month. There are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel the service, you will never be billed again.

How can I upgrade my current plan?

You can easily upgrade your current plan from your Ubertesters account by navigating to the ‘Plans and Billing’ section of the profile menu. Select the plan from the list and click on ‘Upgrade’ next to it.
