Ubertesters offers a complete mobile app testing solution that includes a management tool (platform), and a crowd testing solution (service). The platform is a comprehensive, easy to use, cloud-based, process management tool for mobile applications beta testing to manage the in-house QA team and internal processes. Crowd testing is a method where the app/web testing is done by a large group of global, professional QAs that conduct the testing under real-life conditions with real devices. Crowd testing allows more people in different geographies to participate in the testing process, with significantly lower cost to the organization, and in a much shorter lead-time. Our crowd of testers are all professional, experienced and certified QA people or developers that are rewarded per testing hour. The Ubertesters solution ensures an accurate, fast and cost effective mobile testing process that results in high quality, flawless, mobile app.
Mobile application testing is the testing of software, games and others utilities built on the mobile platform for a targeted device. Functionality of the application under different circumstances and environments is the heart of the matter here.
Beta testing assumes intensive usage of almost ready version of the product (usually software product) that is carried out to indicate the maximum amount of errors in the work of the product. The main target of beta testing is to find the errors for further fixing before the product is released to the market.
This application must be installed on the tester’s device and it acts as the device identity within the platform and allows the manager to distribute builds for new or existing projects to the team members using push notification. In addition, it acts as the build management system for the tester, informing them about builds availability, build status (active or not) and whether or not they need to install a new project or build of existing project.
Ubertesters is much more than a crash reporter. We are not only a developer tool that allows the developer to distribute the build and get random crash reports back. We are so much more. We are a full platform that answers the needs of everyone involved in the development cycle and offer many more features to support full QA process management.
Ubertesters supports iOS and Android. Windows Phone support coming soon. Ubertesters SDK can be integrated with the following frameworks for cross-platform development: Unity, PhoneGap/Cordova, Xamarin and Appcelerator.
Ubertesters have special SDK for such cross-platforms as Unity, Xamarin, Phonegap/Cordova, Appcelerator. You can also upload any .ipa/.apk file created with in cross-plaforms without SDK.
First, you will need to integrate our SDK binary library within your application code. You can download the SDK from our web site and integrate it within your application so that it will include our library and unique features. Then, using the Ubertesters app that is installed already on the tester’s device, you can distribute your builds to the specific team member for testing.
After the tester installed the Ubertesters app on their device, and you integrated our SDK within your application, then they are ready to use the platform. Every time you distribute a new release to the registered member with the registered device, they will get a push notification informing them they have a new project ready to install and be tested. This will install your actual application on their device together with the Ubertesters unique ‘widget’.

Step-by-step instruction for Ubertesters organization’s manager is at your disposal.
An organization member is a person who is registered under Ubertesters platform. If you would like to share a build with one of your members, add him to an appropriate project. All those registered under your organization and added to a project, including such roles as a tester, a manager, an admin or a project owner are considered as team members. Members are limited and number of members changes based on the chosen plan.
A platform means one operating system (iOS, Android, WP) used with one project / application. For example, if you develop only one project for different operating systems, you can test it with two operating systems for free. If you have two projects and you wish to test each with both iOS and Android – that’s four platforms.
The personal data (such as reports, activity, issues, screenshots, etc.) is completely private and is only accessible by the user unless he wishes to share it with other users.
